修复Win10 20H2+ 联网后仍显示未联网的bug

Windows 10 20H2 的更新中，微软修改了新的网络连接检测策略的验证地址，并且由于GFW的原因导致国内绝大多数移动宽带用户无法连接至验证服务器，从而导致界面上显示“未联网”。

注册表，复制粘贴，reg，导入，懂？
